RICHARD MOFFAT, INSTRUCTOR

I have been blessed to serve young adults most of my Church life as a Mission President (twice), YSA Stake President, Student Ward Bishop (twice) and on 4 Student Stake High Councils. I have been a volunteer teacher at Ensign College and here at the Institute since 2009, while working as a Real Estate developer by day.  Attending my 17 grandchildren's games and activities keeps me busy, but we still find time to enjoy snow and water skiing together!
